  • 2. Is it important to switch off the modem/Wifi on devices when not in use?
    2. Switch off the modem when not in use as it not only saves electricity, but improves your network security. When the device is off, hackers cannot target them. A lot of websites and apps keep consuming data, even when you are not using them, thus it is important to turn off the Wifi on your devices when not in use.
  • 3. Does using multiple devices affect my data consumption?
    3. When multiple devices like smartphones, tablets, PCs, laptops, HDTVs are latched on to a single Wifi, the data consumption significantly increases. Be aware of the devices connecting to your Wifi and turn off the Wifi on the device when not in use as most apps and a lot of websites keep consuming data, even when you are not using them.

    Wifi speed Differs according to devices and devices connected to the Router, Always Speed are recommended to check via lan cable in single laptop.

  • 8. What documents are required at the time of Installation?
    You have to submit, an ID Proof, and an Address proof, along with 1 Passport sized photographs. If you're a B2B user, you'll require to submit AOA, MOA, GST Certificate, COI on the same Installation Address.
  • 9. Can I Downgrade my plan at any time?
    Yes, You can downgrade your plan any time before next billing cycle.
  • 10. Will I have to return the CPE and in future at the time of surrendering the link?
